BEAR READYMIX CONCRETE

Bear Readymix Concrete was hired by my contractor to supply concrete for a couple of jobs on my property. The driver who delivered the concrete drove off the side of my concrete approach and broke off the side of the approach. The approach is over 20 feet wide. There was no reason drive 80,000 lbs of truck and concrete off the side of my approach when he could have driven down the middle. He stuck a tree as he drove off the side of the approach and took off a foot of bark. We had to remove the bark that was hanging and treat the tree to prevent oak wilt. The driver backed his truck only my neighbor's property and performed his washout onto the neighbor's property. The driver drove across the freshly planted grass and left a huge track along side the driveway. Again, I have no clue as to why the driver chose to drive on the wet grass and leave a trench instead of driving down the driveway. I will take this company to court to recover the cost of the repairs to the approach and yard and the clean up on my neighbor's property if they do not make it right with the company I hired to install the concrete. If they rectify the situation, my review will be changed to reflect as much.
