Basin Plumbing

I noticed standing water at the base of an outside water spigot. I called Christie Tavera with Basin Plumbing on Monday afternoon and she had 2 plumbers to my home by 1:30 the next afternoon. The men immediately identified the problem and had it fixed within 45 minutes. They left the area looking as if nothing had been done. I was very impressed with Basin Plumbing and would definitely hire them again.

Nice to work with a SuperStar ( Christie) , what a pleasant and professional lady. The guys showed on time and were very nice. Finished quickly and honored at least one discount and stuck with Christies quote. This company offers free estimates ( WOW). Others don't because , Bottom Line, they don't care. I will only use this company in the future. Thanks Guys and Gale.

This company was extremely responsive and helpful. I initially arranged with one of the "big" plumbing companies do the work but they never showed up. Basin Plumbing showed up on time, did the job and cleaned up extremely well. They communicated what they were doing and why they were doing it in a way that a home owner rarely gets but really appreciates. This company is #1 on our list for any plumbing work in the future.

The box for the washing machine had to be moved after completion to accommodate drywall. Other than that everything else went well. They were professional and did everything that was asked of them

I noticed the leak when I went for the mail @ about 12:30 PM. I called Basin Plumbing just before 1:00. The woman answering the phone was very friendly. She said they would have a plumber out by 4:00PM. At Bout 2:00 there was a ring at the door and it was the plumber. He said he had located the leak and that I would be without water for a while. At about 2:4M I went out to check and he was waiting for the repair to set. By 3:00 he was done and the yard was put back in shape with just a little mud on the lawn. Basin plumbing was was very professional and friendly. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

Guillermo performed a superb job replacing a 29 year old water heater. It was a complicated replacement due to the age and construction of the historical home's plumbing. He was careful with existing plumbing connections and provided prompt, professional and courteous service. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work as well as, his professionalism and that of the office. I highly recommend Basin Plumbing.

From the moment I picked up the phone and scheduled I was impressed with this company. Christie, the team member who set up my appointment was professional, courteous, and was helpful in setting up a time that fit my schedule. The same held true for Guillermo who came out to my house. He did a great job explaining to me in detail the process of replacing my disposal, and some of the issues that may have caused the initial breakdown. As for replacing my fill valve on my toilette, he went above and beyond here as well. This was an 8 year old toilette, and I had some questions on the caulking around the base. He told me what to purchase at local hardware store, and that would do the trick. 5 Minutes later he told me he is going to his truck to grab some caulking and some new bolts, and will just do the job for me. Not only did he fix the caulking, he added two no bolts to support the unit. It is important to note that he did not charge extra for this, and stuck to his original quote. Although they had every right to charge a little bit extra because they did more than planned- and I would have gladly paid. As a small business owner myself, this attention to detail and the willingness to do a little extra goes far. Because of the professionalism and great customer service, they have now earned a customer for life. I will spread the word to family and friends that are looking for plumbing services. Keep up the good work, and thanks for a job well done.

Very well. They were easy to deal with and explained things well. They offered to schedule at times that were workable for my schedule. They recommended a place to purchase the toilet and that place had a great selection. They also picked up the toilet for a small fee. The plumber cleaned up after him self , asked if there was anything else I needed done. I was very pleased with the work and would use them again.

Excellent! Could not have been more pleased. Mr. Tavera, was extremely thorough. He looked at multiple options, even looking at the outside drain cleanouts. In addition to unclogging the downstream clot, he checked other items that may be of issue in the future...and he made recommendations for mitigating these issues. Will be calling Basin Plumbing again when any plumbing problem arises!

Everything went fine. The service didn't take very long so I guess the fee was a little high. This was the only minor issue.

Outstanding experience from the initial call for an estimate through the install.  Very courteous, polite, and responsive.  They gave me an accurate estimate over the phone site unseen.  It was an install in a attic that I knew would be a challenge.   They told me they would be at my house at 9:00 AM. When they ran into traffic, the were courteous enough to call me to tell me they would be 30 minutes late.  Not often have I seen this level of customer service.  They laid down brown paper and taped it from my front door up the steps to my pull down attic stairs, ensuring they didn?t damage anything and kept my house clean.  I highly recommend them. 
Guillerno was the plumber or owner (not sure) that I dealt with.

I saw that the firm was offering for 225 the installation of a garbage disposal and I thought that taking the cost of the machine the service would be approximately $100. I called for a quote and that was exactly the quote.

I had an appointment two days later and  in an hour the job was done satisfactorily.

I called thinking I had a leak due to the water coming up out of the ground about 3 feet from the meatier. They were at the house in about 10 min. After inspection they determined that the leak was from my neighbors piping. Upon offering to pay for their time I was told there was no charge. Should I ever need a plumber again I will call on Basin Plumbing. They are fast and very customer orientated.
