Very pleasant to deal with - good quality work - slow as molasses

He does very high quality work. He is very knowledgeable. He is expensive but he does extremely high quality work and there isn't anybody else in his league that is doing that sort of thing around here. It was a big job and he was very, very good. He is worth what he charges. I would use him again for something special.

I liked them a lot. They were very forth right about the information. The work was done very well. When they came and installed the rug, the gentlemen were very nice. They explained all that they were doing. They basically did a good job. I will use their services again in the future.

Everything went well. He repaired the rug beautifully and at a very reasonable rate.

The rug I had cleaned was sent to a sister store in Dallas. They emerge it in water while it is laying flat and wash it. They really took time for me. They moved rugs around to help me decide where I wanted them. They also were here exactly when they said they would be. I believe they usually charge three dollars per square foot just for cleaning but I had more than cleaning done.
