The doctors, he had a vet there that was wonderful, but she moved on and opened her own veterinarian clinic. I have my cat on the program that they offer, where you pay a monthly fee and you bring your pets in as you need to bring them in without being charged a visit fee. So, they had a change in the staff and the doctors they have now, I’m not happy with what you call their bedside manner, I guess. I don’t have kids, so he is my baby. I give them an “A” for the price because of the program he is on. Their responsiveness is wonderful.

They did a good job. I would go back, we have our pet insurance through them as well, so we get all the exams and everything for no charge.

I pay $32 monthly for a pet insurance through them so I get free visits. They are a little pricey, but they give reductions on prices and free visits, so it's okay. My dog had a knee surgery that was very successful. I would highly recommend them. I have had to wait a while for my appointments because they are very busy.

They are part of Pet Smart. We have a health plan with them so it ends up being about $500 a year per dog. They rotate vets and the two that they have on staff right now are really impressive. One is Debbie Dobson. It is always clean and very convenient. They offer the wellness program which really does save money in the long run.

They are very thorough, friendly, informative and very knowledgeable. They are very caring; they check up on the animal the day after the visit. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
