"Thanks. Always glad to receive input from our clients!"
"It means a lot to hear from our clients, and we will be sure to share this with our staff. Thank you."
"It is always nice to hear from one of our long-time clients. Thank you for taking the time to rate us!"
"We appreciate you taking the time to rate our services and look forward to seeing you again. Please feel free to visit our website at babcockhills.com for a wealth of information for your puppy."
"Thank you! Yes, we are a cat friendly practice and meet the guidelines by the AAFP (American Association of Feline Practitioners) to hold this membership. We are very excited that our expansion is in the final stages and makes it even more accommodating for both our clients and their furry companions. If you ever need our services in the future, just give us a call and we can always schedule around that crazy traffic. We appreciate your comments and wish you and your pets the best."
"Thanks for taking the time to review us. We strive for exceptional patient care and client service and appreciate your comments. We do have a separate area for our feline patients along with exam rooms dedicated to those feline patients. We've also recently expanded with 4 more exam rooms so most of the time our clients and patients can go directly into an exam room instead of waiting in the lobby. We think this will be much less stressful for our patients and their owners."
"We appreciate you taking the time to review our hospital, staff and services."
"Thank you for the nice comments and suggestion and we will pass that on. We do have a doorbell at the front door to assist our clients in that may need help or have multiple pets. If you will ring it, we will be glad to help you and your pets into the hospital. Some of our clients even call beforehand that need assistance and we send out one of our staff members. We are very proud of our staff and they strive for exceptional patient care and customer service. Again, we appreciate your comments!"
"Routine exams are so very important in preventing disease or catching it in early stages for treatment. Pets age faster than humans so regular veterinary care is very important for your pets' health. Our veterinarians examine patients from head to toe and provide a very thorough exam. We appreciate your trust in our staff and hospital, and your pets are lucky to have such awesome compliant owners."
"We apologize for your experience at our front desk. We have staff meetings every week and we will address this at our next meeting. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and letting us know about the entire visit."
"Thanks for the nice comments....we appreciate you and will pass on to our staff!"
"Thank you for all the nice comments and we are glad that we have met your expectations. Our mission to provide the highest-quality veterinary care to our patients while serving our clients with exceptional compassion and professionalism is at the forefront of our hospital and staff at all times. We look forward to seeing you and your sweet puppy in the future!"
I adopted an aggressive dog that turned out to be more aggressive than I had realized. Consultation with behaviorists yielded the opinion that rehabilitation was not likely and that he could never be considered safe to be with other people. He had bitten many people by then.
Dr. Lucero had been recommended to me after my regular vet said he did not feel comfortable working with my dog. Dr. Lucero was so very gentle and compassionate as she discussed euthanasia with me. She had a way of saying things that really made sense and that relieved me of all my doubts and guilt - all the emotional baggage that goes along with euthanasia, so that at the end, all I was left with was sadness for my little dog, but I felt secure in the knowledge that I had done everything possible and was doing the best thing for my little companion.
It did not end there. After then euthanasia, she advocated for me with the agency that had made the error of putting a very ill dog in my home and I received an apology from them. She also sent me a personal condolence card that made the loss easier.
All in all, because of her knowledgeable and compassionate service, I decided to switch from my former vet (who I had no problems with) to Dr. Lucero out of gratitude for her service.
"We are so very sorry for your loss. Thank you for the kind comments, and we are thankful that Dr. Lucero was able to help you through this very difficult time. We will be sure that she and the entire staff are aware of your comments."
"Thank you for your review and we will be sure to share your comments to Dr. Lane and the rest of the staff. We appreciate our clients feedback and value the input. We look forward to taking care of your pets in the future!"
"Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We certainly commend you for the care and concern of both of your pet’s annual exams, vaccines, and for your one year purchase of each of their monthly heartworm prevention to keep them protected. We appreciate your loyalty and we look forward to providing continue care for you and your pet's in the future."
