I think the individual, Brian, I think he's honest and professional, and that's the reason I keep calling him out to do the air conditioner service.  I'd recommend him.  I'd just give an A on all of those points.

I just asked them to come out and do a Spring service, and they came out. Actually, the way I started using these guys is there was a sticker on the wall somewhere left by the previous owner of the house, so I called the guy out.  I've been satisfied with him over the years.  I think he's B & S AC but I figure it's a guy.  For price, I thought they were reasonable.  I've always thought they were reasonable.  This guy - I hope it doesn't mean his business is not that great - but anyway it's usually same day service.  He couldn't be more responsive.  He's very, very punctual.  I have and will use this company again.

Bryan called to let me know he was on his way. Said originally it would be between 3 and 6. He arrived at 3:20. I thought with all that had to be done that he would be a long time. He was done in less than 2 hours. He showed me each job after it was completed so that I knew exactly what he had done . In the bathroom, the last repairman had left off a part which caused the line to break down sooner that it should have. Under the kitchen sink, he found more bolts than needed so he removed them all after he resealed the sink and basket. I thought his price was very reasonable due to the amount of work that was needed,

Called to discuss problem I was having with the cold water coming into the house. Gave me an estimate over the phone and scheduled an appointment. Very punctual. Actually arrived earlier than appointed time. Went right to work and fixed the problem. Actual cost was as estimated. Very knowledgeable and very good service.

B and S A/C Heating and Plbg is reasonable and he is letting me make payments without any interest. I have been going to Brain for years and he is very honest. He is also very personable. He is also my plumber.

I first met bryan when I needed to replace my ancient air conditioning unit. I had several salesmen to see me, but Bryan was the only person to come who was Not a salesman, and who also brought pictures of other jobs that he had done. He impressed me enough to hire him to replace my A/C unit. He and his helper had the job finished in just one day!
He did such a wonderful job, that when I needed my garbage disposal replaced, I called him for the job!
I have required several other leaks and drips repaired since he first came in 2005; and he and his assistant have always done a terrific job at a very fair price; the last being my hot water heater this summer. He arrived around 4:00 in the afternoon, and had it installed in just a few hours.

I first met Brian when he came to my home for an estimate on the installation of a new air conditioner. I was impressed with the photos of his work, and the reasonable price. I had had four other salesmen to leave estimates, but they were salesmen, Brian would be the one doing the work! He and his assistant were at my house on time and they finished installing the new a/c unit in one day! My CPS bills have been much nicer since!!
Brian has been back to my home for water leaks outside and inside my house. The last time he was here was to install a new water heater, that I found leaking and called him at about 3:30 in the afternoon! It was compleated that day!
The day that I came home from the hospital with a fractured leg, I called him to replace the shower head in the hall shower with a new head and hand held wand. After he arrived, I asked if he could also install a grab bar for me to use during my recovery. He didn't even blink, he just nodded and did it.His prices are reasonable, and he is very dependable!

Bryan always does excellent work. He is a stickler about doing everything right.

He frequently comes out. Ryan Schulze is the name of the individual but he also has assistants. He gives good service and his prices are reasonable. He'll do whatever it takes to get the situation fixed.
