+ -1 moreThe guy ordered the hardware and tracked the shipping. I got to see the actual hardware instead of looking at it in a magazine. I actually chose hardware that they did not have on display and they found it for me. They are very customer service oriented. The shipping was free. The price was less expensive than the internet.
