Aziz Oriental Rug Imports

They took the rug when I bought it in.  They said they would have picked it up but since I had it there, that was not at issue.  I asked if they could clean it and they said they could make it "just like new."
When they called me that it was ready, I asked if they were going to bring it back.  They said no so I went to get it.  It was rolled up and they helped me put it in my car.  When I got it home and unrolled it, I could not tell that it had been cleaned at all.  I eventually got rid of the rug so I wouldn't be reminded of the cleaner and the wasted $200 every time I looked at it.

When I picked up the rug, it was rolled up.  It was heavy, 8x10 or so and they put it in the car.  I asked if it was clean and they said it looked like new.  It did not.  After I rolled it out and put it down, I could see the stains are still there.  By looking at it, I can't even tell that it was cleaned.  Since it was an expensive rug, I wanted to have someone good work on it and I thought that was what I was getting.  If it couldn't be cleaned, I would have liked to know that in advance.  I've just spent over $200 on a rug that I will be getting rid of.

Aziz Oriental Rug Gallery did a good job. They did what they said they'd do, cleaned the carpet ahead of time and it looks great.

Found Aziz Oriental on Angie's List. They were so incredibly professional and courteous about accepting my two very large orientals to clean before the holidays. They would have picked them up for a small charge, but their location was close to our home and we took them. They were completed in the time frame they said and came back really beautifully! They did deliver/return them to my home and the gentleman who delivered them made sure they were laid appropriately and that I was completely satisfied with everything.
I received outstanding service and would highly recommend this company. I plan on taking 2 other rugs when I can. (By the way, their selection of rugs in the showroom was quite impressive! )
