Very well. The check engine light had been on for 5 years. Was told by Mazda I needed $800 worth of repair to catalytic converter which I declined (since I live in Texas). Auto Works discovered, and replaced, cracked air intake hose. Subsequently, the check engine light is now off.

The owner answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. I took my husband's car over and they had one of their employees give me and my kids a ride back to our home. They called me that evening with a quote (high, but I needed to get it done) and the car was ready the next day. Very clean office and the people were very nice and courteous.

I don't know why I didn't think of Auto Works first off. I went to him in college, after the Army, and my family uses him. Auto Works has a rare kind of people: honest mechanics. So the tech gave me a run-down of what work was needed, an estimate of the costs (he was only $3 off, so you know you can plan for it), told me the work would be finished mid-afternoon the next day, and he called me to tell me it was done at 2:30 the next day. Not only was the repair work done, but evidently he put the car through a washer and the outside was spotless. The brakes grab a little more, the shimmy when I brake is gone, my wipers don't squeak, and I have the required inspection sticker. I highly recommend Auto Works to anyone!

The quality of work is great. They are very thorough. I am really impressed with their ability to find the problems and correct it.

They did an excellent job and had it done when they said. They were even able to pick me up. I found them on Angie's List and I was very pleased.

Contacted Autoworks the day before and setup appointment. I was asked several times to confirm if there were any specific concerns with the vehicle to make sure the service met my expectations. The only reason I didn't give an "A" on quality was because the truck began leaking oil after service onto driveway. Called and was asked to return vehicle. When returning the vehicle the shop quickly identified the solution (new oil filter at no cost) and resolved promptly with a request to call immediately if any more problems. I will continue to patronize this establishment.

It is family owned and operated and they know me by name. They have always been right on, they're never pushy and always wash your car before they return it to you. They make suggestions but its always up to what you want to do. I will continue to use them and have recommended them to many people.

I've gone to them a few times. They treat me well and give me a fair price. They warranty their work.

My mother had taken her car there, which was the vehicle running rough, and she had taken it to several mechanics who could never fix it after years. Auto Works was finally able to get it repaired so we were glad to pay the money. They're absolutely excellent. They do what they tell you needs to be done.

I heard some noises in my wife's car. They diagnosed it and fixed it the same day.

I dropped off the car in the morning, and one of the Autoworks mechanics gave me a ride back to the house. Bob called a few hours later to let me know about the oil leak and how much it would cost. The car was fixed and ready to go by about 4:00. A mechanic picked me up to retrieve the car, which had been washed for free. We've been going to Autoworks for four years, and we've always been happy with their quick, friendly, and skilled service.
