The veterinarians there are incredibly professional and friendly. They have a genuine love and concern for animals. They were very nice to me as well, even after my dog marked his territory twice inside their office.

Overall, I am very happy with the care provided. I am giving a C rating for price as I obviously thought the visit was a little pricey. Lab fees were 2/3rds of the cost. I have witnessed throughout the years how lab fees have sky rocketed. As far as I know - I may be out of touch with the reality of lab costs/fees. Who knows? Never the less, I believed I received the best care possible for my ol' man kool kat and Dr. Neelesh will continue to be my vet of choice as I believe he possesses a sincere care for people's pets!

Bottom line - Top notch veterinarian. I strongly recommend.

I have only the highest recommendations for Austin Highway. Your pets' care and awesome customer service are what they do and they do it well.

The outcome was not good for this sweet cat. It appeared that the cat had feline AIDS which is very contagious to other cats which we had. The vet did an extra test which was sophisticated and costly to confirm the diagnosis which it did. We were forced to euthanize the cat which deeply saddened us and the vet staff. We had previously used this provider for our animals but had not seen them for many years due to employment out of town. We had since moved back and use a more convenient provider. We went to them in this case as the stray cat presented an emergency type situation. They were very helpful, professional and prompt in all of their dealings with us over a period of a week while we were evaluating the cat. The only downside I can add is that their parking is restricted.

When I first moved back to San Antonio, they were closed temporarily or something and we started off with another provider. Austin Highway is a good second option for us in our area. The people are good there. They have always been very responsive to us when we needed them and everything. I hadn’t been there for a long time. They were able to take us right away when we needed their assistance. We had been going to them for 20 years before we moved back to San Antonio. They came back to my old neighborhood, so I basically knew a lot of things. During an emergency, we called our new provider and they said they were filled and they just couldn’t do anything. I thought of trying Austin Highway, and they were able to take us. Their price is in line with everything.
