+ -1 moreMade appointment on 12 Sep 11 for a 21 Sep 11, between 1-3pm. I was told the technician would call the morning of. I called the day of, around 1000am, to confirm the hour of appointment. The female receptionist said the technician did not have anything scheduled for today the 21st of Sep 11. She stated we would have to start over. I told her No Thank You, your company doesn’t want my business.
Description of Work: Requested Shower Door Quote.
