I have been using them for at least six months. The price is about thirty to thirty-five percent less than what I was paying with another company. They offer a wireless service so that I do not have to have a home phone. When I contacted them originally then I received a free month of service since I was referred to them by Angie's List.

I wanted to have a system that was not contacted to the telephone line. I was just not comfortable with the previous company I had that was tied to the telephone line because if someone cuts the telephone line in my house then the alarm would not get the signal. So I wanted it without a telephone line. They offered it me at a good introductory price. The other company wanted too much money, so I switched over and let him go. The problem with the systems was that experience thieves know they can cut the telephone line and it would not notify the alarm company. I said that I needed to get a better system than that. I have no problems at all. The customer service was great.

I called to schedule a consultation based on the great reviews on Angie's List. However, when I called the number listed on Angie's list it went to, what I believe to be, someone's cell phone. He wasn't rude, just not very professional, he took down my phone number but never called me back to schedule the consultation.

Smith Legacy Security does a very good job for us. They are always very nice to us. They are helpful when we have a question. I wouldn't think about using anybody else. Their price is the lowest in town.

Smith Legacy Security did a great job installing they alarm system and explaining how to operate it. I have never had a problem with false alarms. Their response time to alarms is excellent. The staff at the response center is very professional and courteous. They are a great service.
