They are okay. Their communication and customer service is okay; nothing to brag about. I don’t like the price at all. They usually get here when they say they will. My wife didn’t care for the tech very much. I will continue using them for the time being until I find something better and cheaper.

It was truly a pleasure dealing with this company.  When I called to get a quote the lady that answered the phone was very helpful.  She took my name & number and told me that a salesperson would be in contact shortly.  A Sales person called me back within an hours and have set a time so that we could meet.  I meet with the salesman later that evening and he was very knowledgable about the 2 Gig Automated alarm system that he was selling me.  I then asked about a Camera system with a DVR.  He also told me that I could still get cameras with out a DVR.  The video would be on cloud storage.  I told him that I still liked the idea of the DVR.  I am very please with the 2 GIG alarm and camera package that I bought.
My Alarm was installed on the 5/16/2014 and my Camera system was installed on 5/20/2014.  The techs that came out to install each of the systems were very professional and did a fantastic job.  They did not leave any debri or mess behind,
A couple of days after everything was installed I received a phone call asking me how the installation went and if I was happy with the systems.I told her yes and I will definitely be telling all of my family member and friends that business that they should call ASG Security for all of their security needs.

No problems with the service. The cost was the issue. I found a more economical service provider.

Tech called before arrival and was on time and very friendly.  He explained my keypad and my equipment!  I love the wireless system and the easy use of the system.  I can turn on and off my alarm from my phone.  My Sales Person was great!

It's absolutely outstanding. They have the best prices, in my opinion, the lowest prices but you're not comprosing the features or the monitoring. The equipment is top-notch. They have local monitoring and that's another thing I like about them. I've already sent three referral and I've actually got credits on my account and I was very pleased.

I spoke to Scott from ASG because ASG provided business level quality service for my wife company. Scott examined my partially wired system at every window and every entry looking for wires and contacts. I walked and he explained to me what and the whys he was checking the home. There was a concern for us because ADT quoted over $600 of installation fees and first months for the service we requested. The installer was prompt and patient. He was knowledgable about the equipment and conntected has Scott and I discuss in our walk through. he was clean and quiet. Gave us a demo and finished with in the allotted time arranged. DSL was down but we work around it. My home is secure.Great setup. Ask them about the smart phone app. and text notifications.

They are very calm. They are very thorough and they are very pleasant. We have used them now for about 32 years and we wouldn’t consider changing them. The technician was excellent and their technicians have worked for them a long time. They said the same technician who already know our house and make the work very quick. They are very knowledgeable.

We recently found out that contacts for 6 windows were not operating. In 1 window, the contact wires were twisted together. So while it appeared on the panel the system was operational, we were not fully protected. The panel box wiring was in absolute shambles.

 We were unaware until we went to change services. The first company (Smith Thompson Home Security) reviewed the system and refused to work on it. We hired a second company, Medina Valley Security who did agree to work on it.

American Security explained to us how the alarm system works and answered any questions that we had. They provide monthly or quarterly check ups. If a problem comes up we can call them and they are happy to help.

American Security Alarms does a very good job monitoring our alarm system. Recently I had a few questions and they were very helpful and answered all of my questions. The price is also very competitive. They are definitely a reputable company. They are very kind to their customers.

ASG Security looks after the monitoring of our alarm system and they are quick to respond to our needs. One day I went through the back door to drop a package off, forgot about the alarm and the phone rang from ASG Security letting me know that my alarm was set off. Their response was very quick and the nice people on the phone were very understanding when I explained what happened.
