The locksmith was courteous and helpful. He'd originally said that there was so much corrosion that the remote might not be
salvageable. However, he worked on it for a few minutes, and it was good as new--saving me the cost of a new remote, which would be expensive and difficult to find for my 10+ year-old car.
I would certainly use Arrow again, and would recommend them to anyone who asked!

I was amazed at how fast and cheap it was to get a new key. I envisioned this being much more of a hassle, and would have gotten it done much sooner had I known how easy and inexpensive it would be. It was definitely worth it for the security of having a spare key!
