The provider was recommended by my mechanic.
The locksmith was courteous and helpful. He'd originally said that there was so much corrosion that the remote might not be
salvageable. However, he worked on it for a few minutes, and it was good as new--saving me the cost of a new remote, which would be expensive and difficult to find for my 10+ year-old car.
I would certainly use Arrow again, and would recommend them to anyone who asked!

Somehow during my last carwash I lost the spare key to my Mazda Protege. Arrow Key Service No. 2 is about half a mile from my apartment. So after looking exhaustively for the missing key for about three weeks, I stopped in one day on my way home. Five minutes and $3.19 later I had my new key. At first it didn't open my car door but after the employee ran it through his machine again it worked. I also think it might have been just a bit stiff, but after using it a couple of times it works as well as the key I normally use.

I was amazed at how fast and cheap it was to get a new key. I envisioned this being much more of a hassle, and would have gotten it done much sooner had I known how easy and inexpensive it would be. It was definitely worth it for the security of having a spare key!
