Good job examining and diagnosing refrigerator. Also looked at problems with stove and washer. All appliances were over 20 years old and he explained to us that parts needed were no longer available. He recommended replacement, rather than trying to repair. He spent a good deal of time researching and explaining to us the problems. We appreciated his honesty and decided to purchase new appliances. He gave us some brand recommendations and we used that information to make good purchases from local businesses.

Kosh was excellent and quickly diagnosed the problem. However, the part needed was so expensive (he showed me his supplier's price list) that we decided for not much more we could buy a new one. We'd already had had issues with the oven from the first year we bought it so we were fine with replacing it. We would definitely call this business again should we need an appliance repaired. Kosh was polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

They were booked for the day, but asked if i wanted to be on stand-by, ( i called at 8:30am). I accepted and he was able to make it over the same day. He evaluated unit and advised the electric motor was bad and i needed a new band. Total bill would have been approx. $350 inclu. service call. Since this was a $500 dryer i decided it was better to replace with new dryer.

The repair service was exceptional, kosh arrived during the required time and he was able to locate the problem within minutes. His customer service skills was outstanding he was able to explain what went bad and why so that I could understand it. I would recommend this company to anyone that has appliance issues. I had the worst experience with the appliance repair company, Around the Clock Appliance Repair. Guy came out yesterday, didn't fix my washer. I paid $65 for him to tell me the problem is "gunk-buildup." He said I need to pour a gallon of vinegar into my washer, let it sit overnight, then do a load this morning, "to see if it works." It didn't work. So when I called them back today, the owner was an *******. He said fixing my washer is too time and labor intensive, will cost me $500, and it's better to buy a new one! I told him it's only 3 years old. Yesterday I asked what the lifetime of a washer is, he said 10-12 years.

"I was the tech/half-owner (Adam), who had diagnosed your issue. I had informed you that the machine in question was too gunked up, that if the vinegar didn't work, the best option is to get a new one. To fix it would require a complete disassembly of the entire machine (including the bearings) and remove the obstructions. And yes, any appliance repair company would tell you that such a job given your machine's design/model, would require labor intensive work, potential part replacements (including bearings,boots, and shaft once taken apart) and is very expensive, for which I can do for $435. I'm sorry that you didn't like the result of the diagnosis, but not all machines are worth repairing. It's the nature of the business. I'm absolutely confident that my diagnosis was correct. Feel free to get a 2nd opinion and we'll give you a full reimbursement if our diagnosis was incorrect (if you can provide proof of diagnosis from another company and the results). Although your machine is young, no machine is 100% guaranteed to run its typical lifespan due to a variety of factors which include user care. We back our work with a money back guarantee if it is a confirmed misdiagnosis. You can choose to have it repaired given its current condition contingent upon our pricing quotes and process, or get a 2nd opinion, or get a replacement machine.
