They didn't know how to take apart the clock. They were initially going to mail the clock with the tubes still attached, which would have ruined the clock. They left a part of the chandelier in San Antonio. The installers had to drive back to get the part. They lost the air pump for the sleep number bed. Everything they touched, they messed up.

The Relocation Mover Services in Edmund, OK were great. They knew that they didn?t know how to take apart the Clock so they contacted an antique professional for advice.

It went pretty well.

Horrible. Communication is poor. Mainly voicemail. Calls are not returned had to badger them to pick up goods in am on Aug 5 th. They were no show on delivery date and I was told " we don't know where your it's are". Melissa customer service rep avoided calls emails. Her supervisor I spoke with once mainly voicemail. The worst customer service ever. Now I am told delivery will be outside contract dates.

It was excellent.

They did not break anything. They packed my things very well.  However, I did not like they had to split my shipment.  Instead of waiting for a big truck to fit all my things, they did the shipment in 2 parts.  They were courteous and consider with my things.

I highly recommend this company. They assign a move coordinator who comes to your home to provide a written estimate of the cost, three movers showed on time on the day of the move, and another employee kept in contact during the day by phone to ensure the move was going smoothly. The day of the move was drizzly and wet, and yet the movers were very professional, courteous, and careful with all items. They also took care not to track mud and and rain into our new home. Plus, Armstrong will provide you with moving boxes free of charge, which is a cost-saver. A couple of items were damaged during the move, but these pieces were not of the highest quality and have already been through several moves, so no surprises and not upsetting. Moving can be highly stressful, but this company helped make it less so by being highly professional, helpful, reasonably priced, and doing what they said they would, which is being on time, being careful with our furniture and other belongings, and working hard to earn and retain your business.

Packers were very good. Movers arrived on time, but not enough were sent to our home until much later in the day which resulted in their not finishing until 11pm. The lead mover, Curtis, was excellent. Some of the crew arrived later in the day were not as motivated, but Curtis worked hard keeping the crew moving.

They did the packing and moving in four days. They charged me $800 for the move. They had, earlier, done my primary move from Colorado Springs to San Antonio. So, I used them again. The estimator came out on time. They packed things well. They did it quickly and efficiently. They were on time for delivery. They even moved my piano, which was very heavy. I would use them again in the future.

They came and packed my entire house in Texas, loaded the stuff and brought it to California and unpacked the large items and reassembled them. Everyone was courteous and professional. The driver kept in contact with me during the move and updated me frequently on their arrival status. They were clean and quick and did a great job.

Everything went pretty smoothly. They came the day before the move and did some packing (most of the items were already packed from a previous move), They took the packed goods to storage where they were picked up by their moving van the next day. Our son received his household goods in good condition and in a timely manner.

The six movers used three trucks for the move. They helped pack up at the starting point and unpack some our belongings at the destination point. Their attitude, and behavior was first rate. Nothing was damaged in the move, and they helped us position the larger pieces inside the house. They did an excellent job for such a long trip.

United Van Lines did an excellent job. We have a lot of stuff. They worked very quickly and were very careful with our belongings. We were very happy with their company. We would definitely use them again.
