Inspector (Bill Barnes) was extremely knowledgeable of manufactured homes (which is what he inspected for me). I have full faith and confidence in his report and his recommendations. He was very thorough, inspecting all areas, including underside of home. I would highly recommend Bill to those wanting an honest and thorough inspection.

This is a GREAT company. Not only was the price great, but you get two inspectors meticulously evaluating the property. Both gentlemen are quite experienced, knowledgeable of safety and building codes, systems, wiring plumbing etc. They left absolutely no detail off the report. Gladly shared insights with me during the inspection and were quite candid with outcomes and requirements. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know needing inspections.

Very professional with a thorough knowledge of their trade. Sent the builder an myself a detailed inspection report, including pictures, of the few items that the builder hadnâ t already tagged to correct. Even used a drone to get 360 degree imagery of the roof.
