Since I was moving into a new home, I was very worried about what to expect. My inspectors were on time, very friendly and very thorough. They even took the time to go thru the house and point out areas where I might have some concerns at a later time. I would highly recommend them.

They found significant structrual damage and were fair with the price. The seller assures me he had an engineer verifty and gave contradicting info on the property, I believe the inspectors as the seller contracted the engineer

The inspection was scheduled for two hours so I showed up an hour into it during my lunch break but they were already finished with the inspection. They showed my everything that was wrong with the home but I wish they would have taken some more digital photographs and added that with the report. But they were really nice informative guys and they did a great job. I would recommend them.

Very honest people...we didn't end up hiring a home inspector since they assessed the situation over the phone and did not want us to have to incur the extra cost of hiring them...when we needed to simply go straight to a structural engineer for our problem. We received a very quick response, great information and a reference for a structural engineer.
