I am a 25 year realtor and have looked at a LOT of inspection reports over the years. This company does a really fantastic job. Details, complete and understandable for a reasonable price. Not alarmist, but real about all the good and bad they are seeing. These guys are the real thing and I will go back to them as often as I have the chance.

In the process of purchasing a home. Dave and Lee were referred by my realtor. The home inspection was thorough (over 1.5 hours), and in my opinion first rate. They crawled on roofs, went under the house, and gave us some sound advice. I ended up not purchasing that particular home, and continued my search. When I found the house I eventually purchased, I remembered their professionalism, so I called them again. This time, they raced through the home, and didn't give it the time devoted the first time. I learned later they didn't go under the house and inspect the pier and beams, nor did they go onto or look on the roof. This time the inspection took 20 minutes, it was rushed, I think a grandson was with them, and as a result I did not feel I was given the best advice especially for $300 (cha ching). I think they have good days, and bad days. I would not recommend them.

Mr. Armstrong and Mr. Emerson were inspecting the property when I arrived. They greeted me on the driveway and graciously explained what they had already inspected and what remained to be inspected. During the inspection, they were very patient answering questions with clear and precise answers. After the inspection was completed, they answered yet a few more questions and explained in detail their findings and concerns. Mr. Armstrong said I would have the written report by the following morning. True to his word, it was emailed early the next morning. Both were very professional and extremely courteous and polite.
