I signed on with them for a one year contract after a neighbor recommended them last summer when I had a problem with wasps. I asked for two simple things, One: to be notified beforehand so I can have my dog inside and remover cat and dog bowls so they don't get sprayed, and two: to not spray over a blanket of wet leaves. So yesterday they showed up unannounced and sprayed around the pets food and water, AND over the leaves covering my yard. I was home and no one let me know they were there. My yard, like most with big trees, has a lot of leaves on it. I am going to challenge payment if they are stupid enough to take it from my account, and as far as I'm concerned, THEY have violated the contract already, so there is no reason to ever come back. I had a new issue that needed to be addressed, and missed the chance to do so since the "treatment" was done so quietly and probably completely ineffectively. The technician, Carlos defended it saying there was a 3 foot clearing all around my house. Yesterday we had 30+ mph winds and leaves were covering my yard and porch.
