Bill did a great job! Fast response and quality work at a great price. We had a new mini split installed and needed an electrician to connect it to our panel. Bill was here the next day and got the job done promptly.

Approved Elec. came in and salvaged my solar panel installation project, and got them working without any problems. they also did a great job installing my Generac natural gas generator. All is working without a hitch. They were helpful and friendly, I highly recommend.

They said there was no problem installing the vent I had purchased, that it was the right size.  They didn't attach it to the wall properly, but screwed it into the bottom of the kitchen cabinet.  The vent opening on the hood did not match up to the vent in the kitchen but they didn't tell me.  The vent opening on the fan is not open.

They knocked the vent cover off the vent in the cabinet and knocked the vent lose.  I did not realize the contents of that cabinet were exposed to the outdoors and attic through the displaced vent.

We had this installed a few years ago just before my parents moved in.  In subsequent years I have been dealing with sick and dying parents and knee surgery so had no time to open a small cabinet above my kitchen vent where rarely used things were stored.

Today I realized that the venthood was not properly vented, the vent was broken and the vent cover broken.  The cabinet was filled with feces from palmetto bugs flying in through the exposed vent.  It doesn't seem they could get out of the closed cabinet but the inside of the cabinet is disgusting.

Since the vent I purchased was new in an unopened box I could have returned it if they had said I purchased the wrong kind.  They made no effort to repair the duct and didn't tell me they had damaged it.  The wooden cover for the duct had been broken for them to access the duct and had not been repaired. 

The only way to remedy the situation is to buy a new vent hood and pay someone else to install and repair the damaged vent vent cover.  I am really disgusted that they weren't honest and did such a poor job.

Made initial contact with me. I sent a picture as he requested. He made an appointment and no-showed and then never rescheduled or replied to multiple e-mails and texts. This took us well beyond the 30 day AL guarantee. AL found me another provider that did an excellent job for a 25% increase in price. Very disappointed with the responsiveness and professionalism of this provider.

Bill was able to determine that one of my circuit breakers was faulty and needed to be replaced. He didn't have one on hand but returned the next day to install. He was able to help on short notice and was flexible with his schedule (an ability other companies could not offer). Price was more than I expected ($125) for a breaker swap/install but it seems all companies charge you a "service call" fee. At least he didn't charge me for a "diagnostic fee" Bill also helped me with a light fixture which I was installing myself and needed help identifying the "hot wire".

Wonderful experience! I will be using him again last week. Very reasonable, clean and knowledgeable. His crew cleaned up after themselves.

The repair went very well.  Bill was very professional and discussed the entire process with me in layman's terms.I will definitely use Approved Electric for all of my future electrical needs.

Bill lives in my neighborhood and I choose to hire my neighbors whenever possible.  This is the second time I have had Bill do work for me.  He is a very good electrician, is courteous, and keeps in touch throughout the day regarding the appointment time.  I have rental property and he is definitely "my electrician."  I highly recommend Bill and his team.

I really like their service. As soon as I bought my house, I decided to update the electrical system in it since it was built in the 50s. I got a very fast response and I got my house serviced the day I moved in with short notice. I will use them again. They seem honest and hard working people.

Owner is nice and all - and knows his stuff.  But the lack of showing up when promised really really killed it.  I have had to hire another electrician and shell out an additional $1600 dollars to get the job finished.
