Property Appraisal
I've used Robert's services twice now. Both times he was thorough and professional. The first time, he made a full appraisal of an old and unusual house that I was selling. His appraisal made it possible to set a fair price with confidence. The second time, I discovered at the 11th hour that the appraisal district had inaccurate information on file for my home. He came out that evening (!) so that I could provide documentation to the appraisal district before the deadline.
