I would give them A across the board. I would use them again.

My son and I took his laptop in for repair under warranty.  They were extremely efficient in getting us to the right person. He checked the laptop quickly and processed the order to have it repaired . He did not point out, and we did not read, the fine print. My son had purchased a fairly expensive skin cover for the Macbook. When we got it back after the repair it was missing the bottom half of the cover. The manager told us that under the fine print the laptop was returned to us in original working order. As the cover was not original they were not responsible for returning that to us. She gave my son a basic set of earbuds.

They took the time to answer all of my questions without any expectations that I was going to buy something from them. They do not try to sell me anything when I go into the store. If I go in with technical questions they take me by the hand and walk me through all of the processes. They always seem like they are only there to help me. They do not just answer my questions, but they really take the time to show me things so that I understand. I purchased an iPod and I did not have any idea how to use everything. She took the time to show me absolutely everything about how to use it and what to do. They are truly customer service people. I give them A's in everything.

Outstanding. This wonderful experience was in sharp contrast to all previous repair experiences with other companies. Plus, the computer just does not get viruses.
