Paul is the best plumber you could ask for. He is beyond honest and upfront! I called him to check on my water softner as my water was tasting funny and there was an orange ring in my toilets. He checked the unit, and said it seemed to be fine. He did not charge me a penny to come look at the unit. He also gave me some great advice on checking the water in my house to see if the issue was the pipes (I had just had some remodeling done and he thought that might be the issue). He has worked on some minor issues on my house in the past and I would recommend him to EVERYONE!!!!!

I called Paul at APC after I had a different plumber come out and
diagnose a problem with my tankless water heater. The first plumber
charged me $75/half hour - over $275.00 just to diagnose the problem, take pictures of the issue and contact the company. After that, I never heard from him again.
When I found Paul, he agreed to come out and change the unit for $100.00 flat rate, and came out the day after I called him. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and fast. He was in and out in under an hour.
Furthermore, he checked all of the faucets in the house and made sure they were all working properly, he cleaned out the ones that needed to be cleaned and explained how to keep them working properly. He didn't charge me anything extra for the additional time/work. He was really friendly the entire time.

He makes really good suggestions on how to solve plumbing problems. He really sticks with the job. He gets it done even when he runs into trouble. The price is reasonable for all the work he did. This guy has always come through to me. I would recommend him to all.

They did a good job. They were just late in getting here. I wouldn't say anything bad about them. They just arrived at about 3:00 when they said they would be there in the morning. They must be overbooked. They could have had problems on the job before me; anything could have happened.

Wonderful experience overall, will definitely use again.

Since the pipes were installed many years ago, extensive digging had to be performed to discover the path and extract the old pipes. They stuck with the job until is was all completed. I was very happy that they were determined enough to complete the job. Also, the cost was much less than the first estimate I received.

I called for an estimate which was lower than other estimates I received from handyman services. I made the appointmetn a week in advance. They said they would call me the day of the service to let me know an approximate time of arrival - they did as they had promised and called with to let me know what time they would arrive. They were prompt, took a look at the existing faucets and the replacement faucets and gave me an approximate one (1) hour time frame for completion. They completed the job in the time they estimated, cleaned up after themselves and the faucets look great.

Repairmen arrived promptly, analyzed the problem quickly and resolved it in very litle time.

They double checked all the work and that everything worked correctly. They cleaned up any mess that was made. They showed up on time. They were very courteous and they came and fixed our running toilet with no problems.
