They were very efficient and affordable, they were actually $800 cheaper than a competitor of theirs we had called. The day my wife called them they came out an hour later. The water heater was the same make and model and they didn't try and up-sell us. We are going to have them come back and replace some old fixtures for us as well.

It worked for a short time and now it hasn't worked. I can't use the shower! I've been trying to contact them to no avail. I even tried calling a few time today to see if they would rectify the situation. However, instead of doing so, they were very nasty and told me not to call anymore.

They did a real good job for me. They are very reasonably priced. It was inspected by the city. The overall experience was excellent. They were responsive, punctual, and professional. I would use this provider again.
