Answering Service and Call Center San Antonio

I had been told by a girlfriend of mine last year that I needed to hire an outside force to manage my late night dispatching calls so looked for an answering service company and I called in to get a quote about a year or so ago and got a quote. The sales manager Wesley was nice and responsive also I was kinda scared about surrendering over my phone lines to an outside agency. He walked me through the whole process about how and answering service works. I help manage a towing company and was mostly nervous about their emergency dispatching and how that would tie in to our current system. To put it lightly I was really amazed at not only the quality of the service but also the style that they delivered it in. Every day when i got into the office there was a report concerning each and every call that they took (and take :)).  I still use Concorde every day and I'm very happy with how they have become part of my actual business.
