My father was here and he said everything went great.They performed the same with him being here as they would have if I had been there. I think that really says a lot for the company. I'm happy that they could give me such a great experience, even when I had to reschedule.

I was really impressed with how professional the man was that came to clean up the big mess I made. He got the stains right out of the mattress (and I could sleep on it that night!). Unfortunately, he couldn't get the stains out of the carpet, but from what I've been told, that can happen. I would definitely recommend this company to someone who was needing their carpets cleaned, and I will also be using them in future for all of my carpet cleaning needs.

Whenever I call, they respond promptly. The last time a worker came, I didn't ask them to move any furniture. They do a good job of pulling up all stains and clean the heavy traffic areas well. The carpets dry very quickly - within an hour or so, and I like the people who come out.

I have used this company for many years. They are very friendly and always on time. They use a chem dry solution, so the carpets are not wet when they are finished.
