 + -1 moreCalled for an estimate one was provided by Ann. On the day she was to show someone else called stating that a family emergency precluded her coming and could she reschedule. I left a message about rescheduling and no one called back. Of course I had already taken the time off work to be present for their first cleaning. So I lost money due to taking off the time and did not have the service performed, let alone anyone follow through with the rescheduling.

Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment for an estimate to get my house cleaned. I spoke with Tracy and she said she would come today, 4/9/08 at 2:30, but she never showed.

 + -1 moreCalled, talked over the phone, and made an appointment to have our house cleaned. Called to verify cleaning day and time. Showed up and cleaned the house from top to bottom. Very nice lady. Very reasonable. Have made another appointment for follow up service.
Description of Work: Cleaned my house thoroughly, and spent the time to clean the knick knacks, fan blades, etc. Worked efficiently and is dependable.
