Aneeta Bhalla

I really enjoyed working with Aneeta. There was a lot of back and forth as usual in the sale of a home and I was determined to get this house. She was competent and reliable. She returned calls and moved information forward to the seller when my realtor asked her to. The seller left the state, so it took a lot more to get this closing accomplished and she was a real pleasure to have on the other side. It may sound like, "So, that is what a realtor is supposed to do, isn't it?"
And yes, in a perfect world, that is true. I will say this. I put in 6 offers before this one, and out of all 6 other realtors that I dealt with, only one had bothered to return calls or keep us up to date even remotely. These other realtors also did not seem competent nor interested in anything other than the check falling into their hands.
With Aneeta, I was SO extremely happy that she was the realtor we got for this transaction. She was prompt, helpful and did what needed to be done in order for this house to go from contract to closed in less than 3 weeks. 
I appreciate her and would definitely love to see her again in one of my transactions. The seller had also bought this house from her and used her to sell it. I can see why.
Thanks to Aneeta, the other half of the transaction was smooth and I was quite happy to have her in the middle of things. I can't imagine if it had been one of the others I had to deal with before her. 
I feel extremely lucky to have had her and would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

Aneeta worked as a buyer's agent and helped my wife and I find our dream home in San Antonio! We were very picky buyers and with specific requirements. She worked with us to understand our requirements and then provided a large list of possible targets. We then worked through her list, every Saturday for about a month or so until we finally settled on a new home community. She then helped us negotiate a good price on the house, helped us with upgrade selections, and acted as our agent during various discussions with the builder. She also looked out for us (first time home buyers) by pointing out flaws/ issue during the entire process.  She fought with the builder to ensure that we got any issues fixed (including some that she identified). She also acted as a mediator when we had a dispute with the builder on the timing of closing and helped resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend using her as a real estate agent.

I relocated to San Antonio with my work.  Through the company, we were assigned a Realtor and an agent. Aneeta was actually our second agent as the original agent had somethings come up and had to bow out.  That worked out great.  Aneeta spent a good bit of time with us finding out what we were looking for and tailored the daily SABOR updates for what and where we were looking.  I moved to San Antonio first and began the home search.  My wife stayed behind but assisted in the search by scanning the internet listings and going through the daily SABOR updates.  Aneeta helped us greatly every step of the way.  She took me to look at many houses over the months that we looked (We had a run of bad luck where we would go look at a house, like it, decide to make the offer and then find it was under contract.  We're talking in a 1-2 day period.  This is what the market looked like at the time).  Aneeta was a trooper through all of this.  She stuck with all of this.  Aneeta was a GREAT help and we really appreciated all she did for us.  As a matter of fact, we are getting transferred again and Aneeta is now going help us sell the house we bought here in San Antonio.  I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home

Even before moving, Aneeta asked for information on what we were looking for and then provided us with listings of houses that we could view online.  Also, we exchanged emails and phone calls that further discussed our wants and needs.  When my husband was in town briefly for a conference, she picked him up from his hotel to show him houses.  After moving to San Antonio, our family spent part of three days looking at houses that we had narrowed down as real possibilities.  Later after we had made an offer on a house, I went out of town for several weeks.  Aneeta got Docusign so that I could immediately view and sign documents using my IPhone.  Therefore, my trip did not delay our closing at all.  Docusign was great for my husband too since by this time he was at work and was able to view and sign documents without having to meet up with Aneeta.  Our closing went smoothly.  Aneeta even offered to pick up the keys from the title company after the funds went through electronically if I was not able to do so conveniently (because of the distance of our hotel from the title company and the fact that it could be close to rush hour).  She understood we wanted to start preparing for our move out of an extended stay hotel into our new home as soon as possible.
