I called and asked for an estimate on the job I wanted done. He was very nice on the phone and said he would be more than glad to come out and give an estimate. I called on Friday afternoon and he said he would come out on Monday morning between 9-10:00 a.m. Andy called on Sunday afternoon to confirm the time/date and I informed him I had to go to work on Monday morning, however my son would be at home and he know exactly what I needed done. He said he would prefer if I was present when he came. I told him that I could be home by 5:00 p.m. and he said that would be okay, he would come after he finished the last job. I rushed home and waited, waited and waited until 6:30 and I finally called his phone and got no response. I tried calling again the next day and still no answer. Caller ID showed my number and for whatever reason he chose not to do the job! I think he should have at least called me to cancel or say he was too busy, not just let me wait.

Both workers were very courteous and worked quickly. The job was priced reasonably and the end result was very nice. Andy the Handyman accepts only cash upon completion of the job. He does supply a written estimate before work begins.
