 + -1 moreI have used Monitronics Security for many years and we are always pleased with their customer service people when we need to call; everyone is very nice. The system was originally installed ten years ago and a service man will come once a year to replace our battery. If we have a problem with our system, they will come out to service it. We also have a different button to press for all the emergency services like the fire department, ambulance or police. The system has a lifetime warranty and we are charged a small amount per month for our security system.
Description of Work: My alarm was installed ten years ago and is still monitored by Monitronics Security, if my alarm rings; first the home is contacted as well as the police. Recently we had a service man out to replace the battery back up for the system.
