They did not find any wood destroying insect or any signs of past activity however, they did find where an area in the attic where a rodent was entering and sealed it along with some other areas that could be problematic in future. Bill and Brad were on time thoroughly explained what was needed prior to performing work. I am now using them for all my pest control needs. They do not require a long contract to rope you into service obligations and work hard to satisfy their customers.
