This is the least professional company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Francisco Gallardo, the owner, is completely unprofessional and totally unsuited to dealing with the public in any capacity. If you want someone to come to your house, be unable to quote you a price, scream and curse at you and your spouse, then this would be your guy. His business cards have a Christian fish on them, which he ought to reconsider in light of his personal behavior. Here is what happened: our contractor subcontracted the screens to Americus. Francisco sent a young guy who was apparently new, but professional in his demeanor. The guy gave us a set of solar swatches and told us to pick a color, which we did. About two weeks later, while I was at work, Francisco comes over unannounced and tells my wife that the budget with the contractor was only enough to cover traditional screens, which I understood. I get a call from my wife saying he has been verbally abusive, which was quite evident because I could hear him yelling at her in the background, so I have her put him on the phone. He explains the situation to me, yelling at me the whole time. I ask him to quote me the difference because there was actually some unallocated money in our contract and I wanted to see if it was enough to cover the difference in cost. Francisco told me that his price difference was about $500. We had enough to cover that, but then he starts screaming at me all over again because he couldn't tell me if the GC would charge me more than the $500. I told him that I would settle that with the GC myself, but he continued to berate me. I told him to take his things and not return, although I'll admit that by this point I was pretty uncivil since he'd been yelling and cursing at my wife and me the whole time. After I had cooled down, I spoke with the GC, who was able to convince me to allow Americus to do the job as long as Francisco himself did not return to my home. The day the measurements were taken, my wife told me Francisco was there, so I called him and told him that I had cut him and the GC a break by allowing Americus to do the job. Francisco responded by demanding to know how I got his phone number, curse me out some more, and tell me that he didn't need my business. I'm pretty sure the GC went with him anyway, but buyer beware- do not let your GC hire this person, and do not hire him yourself.
