I purchased tile from American tile for a job done by an independent tile installer. I received several names from them and used one of their recommendations. All of the staff that I had contact with in the showroom was very helpful and courteous. I enjoyed working with Jody and the end result is a beautiful kitchen backsplash.

My experience is based on the helpfulness of the staff in selecting tile for our home, their general overall knowledge of the product, price, availability of product, delivery time, quality and variety of tile products to choose from. The error in not delivering the tile on the date promised was resolved promptly via telephone contact with the local sales person. The delivery was made the next scheduled delivery day. We felt the staff was responsive and interested in resolving this issue. We hired an independent tile contractor to install the tile. We would recommend this company to others and would personally use them again as a supplier of tile and tile products. Date of purchase was on 24 January 2006.
