American R&R LLC

Even though it had been 11 months since the hail storm, we didn't discover our roof damage until high wind removed a few shingles from our roof. I asked our neighbor for a referral since their roof had been replace about 3 months earlier. They were very happy to refer American R&R. After our initial contact, I proceeded with our insurance claim. When I got an email from our adjustor, I forwarded it to Brian and American R&R to review. He came out, walked the roof and verified that the claim estimate was correct. It took us a couple days to pick the new roofing material, but once we did, it was delivered the next day. It was about another week until the crew came to do the work (I was glad they didn't try and squeeze it in between rainy days). They were there by 7:30 am, and were cleaning up the last bit of debris when I got home at 6 pm. I haven't found a single nail in the lawn since they left and was pleased with the cleanliness of the crew. The next morning, we had a surprise test as an unexpected storm soaked the area, and the roof was solid as expected. Brian came by a few days later to go over the job and we found a couple cosmetic items to finish, and those were done the next day. When that was done, I was given the final invoice and written guarantee and gladly paid them for a job well done. I've already referred them to a couple other friends and highly recommend Brian and the staffing at American R&R.
