On time and professional service.  Price was not disclosed until after service was performed, but reasonable for repairing the downward tracking of garage door. So far door is working properly.

They are a very good company. I dont have any problems with them. They are like family. They are reasonable. I have used them for many years.

Wonderful! Repairman came the same day I called, was prompt, very polite and friendly. Knew what he was doing and was very efficient. Went the extra mile and also fixed my rattling garage door opener units on both doors. Just a pleasure to work with. I will be saving their name for any future work I need.

The American Overhead Door Company responded quickly to my request. They gave me several choices of openers and quoted the prices, pros and cons of each one. I made my choice and they came out promptly, on time as promised. They were professional and explained everything in a clear manner.

Family-owned company that I used for years to install , service and repair my garage door and opener. Flawless, prompt service always. Thought I'd need a new opener this time so checked out price and installation at Lowe's and Home Depot. Called American and they would have been cheaper, but MY OPENER WAS STILL ;GOOD! Someone came out the very next day and gave me an estimate; he walked me through what the problems were, what my otpions were and what to expect. Actually he worked up three itemized estimates so I could decide with my husband.which type of door to get. The workmen showed up exactly when they said they would be here, took down the old doors, installed the new ones, and hauled off the old doors. They were very efficient and competent.

At the end of March, after purchasing the garage door opener from Home Depot, I received a call from American Overhead Door Co to schedule the install. Since this company doesn't install garage door openers on Saturdays, we had to wait several weeks until I was available for the installation. During the 1st week of May, I contacted the company about my availability for the install. They immediately retrieved my customer information and scheduled my installation for the next week. Also, they verbally verified if I had an available power outlet and two light bulbs for the garage door opener. I received a time block within a four hour window as to when the installer would show up. Also, within 30 minutes of his arrival, he called to notify me of his arrival. The installer was courteous and answered all my questions. The installation took about an hour. The installer removed all the packing materials and cleaned up his work area.

Overhead door did a wonderful job. The doors look great. They are very even with the garage. There are no problems that seem to be visible. I can open and close the doors properly. I have them under a lifetime warranty so if anything were to go wrong; American would cover it for me. So far so good, I have no problems. I enjoyed the work that these guys did. They were very consistent, very nice and very professional.
