Amazing Air Solutions

The worked went as well as expected. In addition they found several other issues which we discussed at length and it was decided that it was something I could take care of. It impressed me that they were not in the least bothered by me not having them do the work other than the capacitor. What I love about Amazing air is the honesty and integrity of it's employees and the company as a whole. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of having their AC fixed or replaced.

What was once an uncool situation is now cool. Called in the a.m., had a new system by the afternoon. Owner and family members were efficient and professional.

That morning I got on the computer and I went on Angie's list. I called around several companies and no one could come in the morning. One was real nice to recommend Amazing Air Solutions. I called and right away I was told they could get a technician out here between 10:30-12:30pm. They called to let me know their guy would be there by 10:30 and he was. Joe was very professional and courtesies. He asked what happened and started working on the outside unit and found what was wrong quickly. He came inside and showed me the part. I quickly called my husband and they talked and Joe finished his work on our a/c unit and got it cooling again. He did check the Freon and we didn't need anything. I was very fortunate that it was cloudy this morning and breezy but the sun did come out in the afternoon and the heat index is going to be over 100. I was so happy that I called them and will be using them to do my annual check ups on the ac and heater.

Professional, courteous service, especially from Thomas the technician.  This was the 2nd HVAC check in three days, the previous check conducted by a competitor.  AAS, I feel, conducted a more accurate check, and their pricing was better.  Roy, the owner, made certain we were satisfied. Highly recommended!

Roy, Thomas and Morris did an outstanding job.  When Roy came out to give me an estimate on replacing my Air Ducts he got into the attic and did a thorough job before giving me and estimate.  I was extremely happy with the estimate and told him to do the  work.  Roy and his other Technicians removed the old ducting and made sure that the new ducting was sealed properly and installed the new triangles and ducting.  They hung the ducting from the rafters to ensure everything would work efficiently.   In addition to changing the ducting I had them move the UV Lite to the Air Conditioning unit, which was an additional price.  This was not something he pressured me to have done.  My wife and I are extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.

We would definitely hire them again.

Amazing Air was referred to us by Felix Air Services.  I originally contacted Felix Air, but they were too busy to perform my work according to my timeline.  Both companies were extremely professional and prompt in responding to my need.  Amazing Air performed the work quickly and were very easy to work with.

The crew was on time and very professional.  Due to the amount of work that needed to be done, it was completed within a reasonable time frame.  I am very happy with the new system, it's running as promised quietly and efficiently.  Also, Roy was very helpful with all the CPS paperwork so that I received all the rebates I was eligible for from CPS.

On Saturday, January 10, our downstairs heating unit became iced over to the extent that it no longer provided any heat.  We have not lived in our current home for long, and we had not acquainted ourselves with the heating system.  I called one company, but its serviceman could not come to our house that day and recommended Amazing Air Solutions.  After being contacted, the company emailed a photograph of the employee (Roy Jaramillo) it was sending, which I thought was a very helpful service.  Roy came to our house around noon on Saturday, but found that he needed to replace the defrosting mechanism of our heat pump.  He called Lennox's emergency number, but could not get anyone to answer the phone.  He helped us turn on our emergency heating for the rest of the weekend, and promised to contact Lennox to obtain the part we needed on Monday.  He did acquire the part on Monday, and called to arrange for the repair of the system early Tuesday.  He and another technician arrived on time, after calling to alert me to his imminent arrival.  After about an hour and a half, they had the heat pump running and warming.  He  acquired the part under warranty so that we paid only for the replacement labor.
