Description of Work: They detailed a Mercedes and a Ford F-350 Crewcab Pickup. They were early and very polite. They did a very good - but not perfect - job. Their equipment was clean and well organized although their tank was leaking and I did have to provide water for the second vehicle. I didn't mind doing that. Their vacuum equipment should have been stronger; they had to really work to get all the stuff vacuumed up. I did have to wipe down the hubs on the Mercedes to remove the last of the dirt and they missed between the console and drivers seat. They were very thorough otherwise. On the pickup, I had to remind them to pull the mat and wash out the bed and they didn't get the dust off the instrument panel behind the steering wheel. I was disappointed that they did not thank me for tipping them.

Description of Work: Repaired a crack in my windshield. I had a rock chip my windshield while on the highway during the day. By the time I got home, it had spread across the windshield. I called Clear Reflections. It was right at closing time. They sent someone right out. They were here within 20 minutes. I've never had anyone more professional and knowledgeable, clean and friendly repair a windshield for me. I was afraid this was may have been unrepairable, but he was able to fix it for me. All this with a kind attitude and smile on his face. Mine cost a little more because of the nature of the crack and the distance I live out of town, but they're still in line with the bottom prices of anyone else!

Description of Work: I actually didn't spend $50 on this service, my insurance company did. This company was recommended to me by my insurance company to repair a quarter sizel starburst crack in the windshield of my mercedes C230. As with most insurers today, my company offers to pay for the repair of small windshield chips and cracks with no deductible, and if I select to use a repair company that contracts with my insurance company, then the repair service bills the insurance company directly. At any rate, I had my car in for service at MB of Boerne today and discussed the crack with my service writer. My service writer said he'd make the car available to the repairman while it was there if I could locate one who contracted with the insurance company who would be willing to do the work that day. My insurance company actually found Clear Reflections and put them in touch with me. Donald from Clear Reflections came out in a timely manner and even came over to meet me in downtown Boerne for me to sign the insurance paperwork. When I picked the car up from the dealer, my service writer came out to look at the work. We were both very impressed with the quality of the work. The crack is nearly invisible and would be hard to find if I didn't already know where to look for it. My service writer, who sees this type of repair frequently (and told me I'd pay $75 to $100 if we used the repairman they typically contract to) was VERY impressed also. I'd use this company again any time.

Description of Work: Nathan will come to your home or business and do an outstanding job of cleaning your automobile, he also does heavy equipment, boats and RVs. When he was finished with my two year old Subaru Forrester it looked like new.
