Excellent service and excellent price! Steve and Philip called the morning of the move and showed up on time. They went directly to work and had both apartments loaded into the truck in less than two hours. They unloaded and set up the two new apartments in less than two hours also. Even connected the washer and dryer! Very professional and prompt. No need to shop around anymore, all my moving will be done with Alpha Omega! This is the second time I have hired them and I will tell all my friends they should use them as well.

Very efficient, price was good and kept us updated. The only downside was by law they could hang on to our household goods for up to a month until the truck was filled and delivered. It was about 30 days until we got our belongings.

BEWARE!!!  STAY AWAY FROM THESE MOVERS!!!!!
They were unprofessional, begged for tips which made the whole situation very uncomfortable.  One of the movers girlfriend came by my house for a visit while they were packing our furniture. They did not follow me to the storage unit and did not show up for 45 minutes which was tacked onto my bill.  The comment made was "it was only a few minutes".  They took apart my appliances and left pieces of my refrigerators in different locations throughout the house.  I had to go and pack them all up together and pray I had all the pieces when I moved again into my new house.  They took apart a large 6 piece oak desk and left parts behind.  They were in such a hurry they damaged the top island to my oak desk - they put a hole in a solid wood desk.  This damage went un-noticed until we moved out of the storage unit (we used 3 Men Movers) and they noticed the damaged before they touched the piece of furniture.  When I called the moving company, they basically did not care and told me to submit a claim for consideration.  They did send me a response that said since I used another moved to move my furniture out of storage, they wouldn't repair the damages.  Oh, also, the man I spoke with did say "well it is not like someone died, it's only a piece of furniture that was damaged".  Real professional NOT!

They were superb. Responsive, punctual, professional and courteous. Very careful with restored cabinet transfer from refinishers to truck to delivery point.

We had the most horrific experience with Alpha Omega Movers Company.  I have moved over thirty times in my life time.  We have never had such an experience with any other mover before.  They are avoiding our calls.  They don’t respond to our emails at all.  They destroyed my refrigerator that was only a year and a half old.  Their technician came and looked at it and said that the damage was not repairable.  They didn’t even finish the move.  The movers said that they were tired and that they had another job to go to.  They wanted to reschedule it to another day while they were here.  We had to hire someone else to finish the job.  It was awful.  They are non responsive.  The only way to get a hold of them is if we call from a number that they haven’t seen before.  Their price was competitive.  We paid them for the service thinking that they would step up and take care of the issues.  However, they were not interested at all.  They did arrive on time but they were very slow.  I have experience in moving so I know how long it should have taken them.  I was really disappointed.  I would never use them again in the future.

Wonderful!  I could not be happier with the service from beginning to end.  I priced out multiple companies before scheduling the move and found Ben (the scheduler) to be very knowledgable and helpful.  I decided to go with Alpha Omega based on the price ($69.99/ hour for 2 movers with a one time $10 truck fee).  Other companies I priced were double the hourly price and they charged for gas mileage or for time for drivers to return to warehouse which I found ridiculous.  Second, Alpha Omega came highly recommended by a friend.  Her family had used the company for several moves and really liked the service.  Ten minutes before they were scheduled to arrive, the mover called to let me know they would be arriving shortly.  They arrived promply and on time for the scheduled appointment.  Both movers (Jake and Brandon) were extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire process.  I have used movers in the past who arrived late and I did not trust with my belongings therefore I did not have high hopes for these movers.  I was never disappointed!  Both were incredibly friendly and hard working.  They did not stop for a break until the load was complete and worked quickly and efficiently.  They were careful with all my belongings and I checked the house after the move and could not find any scratches or marks.  All belongings fit into the storage unit with spare room to add more boxes or junk if needed.  I will be moving a second time when my new house is complete and will be using Alpha Omega without hesitation.  If you have a house about this size, I do recommend and will use three movers just so it will be quicker.  My next place will involve a lot of furniture arranging and set up so one can still unload while the other two move the pieces.
