He is a personable man who is very knowledgeable. He is also very honest. I asked him if something needed to be replaced and he said no.
We coordinated in advance. He arrived on time, did the work in an efficient manner, double-checked all elements of the job and didn't leave a mess.

They have done a lot of things too. They installed the water softening system and fixed some leaks in our yard. And when we need them, they come immediately.
