Description of Work: My machine quit working after we had a power outage. Diagnostics was done and found that the power supply in the computer was bad. They gave me a choice of either a new part or a used part. A used part was about 1/2 the cost of a new part. I chose the used part. They gave me two to three business days to do the diagnosis and fix the machine. I had it back within 24 hours.

Description of Work: I had a Trojan Horse virus, a malware program, and spam that was sent to my computer. They took all of these out without damaging my existing programs. The cost included taxes charged. I had them create a computer for me several years ago. The cost was $650 and was a bargain!
