 + -1 moreInitially, in January 2018, when i called for repair or replacement, they came right out, sold me a new unit & installed that same day...very nice man & his son. The new unit has a different filtration system than the old, so that there are 2 exhaust pipes coming out of the unit...however, when the unit is in operation, the emanating smell from the debris that the unit is sucking up smells up the garage...very unpleasant! I called 3 times to ask him to come out & look at the unit, talked to him twice, said he would call back, he didn't. I finally reached him again, reiterated the problem, he said he would come out....He never called me back or showed up. Therefore, I must issue the unfavorable rating based on poor customer follow-up of a problem. I am very disappointed because he seemed so nice when he came out in January.

 + -1 moreWhen I initially called we (not the owner) discussed the part and approximate cost. It was late in the day so he said he would call the manufacturer to get more info and call me back the following day. I waited two days and then reached the owner who said he had the part in the store and I could pick up the following day. My son picked up the part and remarked that the owner is really knowledgeable (I concur) about vacuum cleaners). I purchased my vacuum from this store, however he also lost the motor from one of my vacuum cleaners (very expensive model).

 + -1 morePlease see above...it went very bad! Stay away. Find another store. The owner seems to be from the Middle East. His accent and dark skinned look ( I have been in the store before and he was not pleasant then). Maybe they act like this in his country, but this is the USA, where we expect you to act decently, and what your ad says to be true.
Description of Work: All Vacuums Center is listed online at two locations-San Pedro and Babcock . I called the San Pedro multiple times on Saturday. The store hours are listed as Monday thru Saturday 9:30 to 5:30. I tried many times from 9:30to 10am without anyone answering the phone or a recorded message. Then I called the Babcock store. A man answered. I told him I had been trying to call the other store and his reply was there isn't anyone there. I asked why the hours were listed as open at 9:30 Saturday. He repeated his first comment. I said I was looking for a Sanyo Transformax (it is no longer made. I am aware of this). The man told me that they are no longer made. I told him I was aware of this but was either looking for one that had not been sold or a used one. I told him I only wanted this vacuum. He then went on to try to sell me another brand. I confirmed that I called his store asking for a new/used Transformax. He said " we don't sell used vacuums2. I then asked why their online ad states ' new and used vacuums'. He said " my ad does not say we sell used vacuums". I told him exactly where the quote was on the ad was saying they did sell used vacuums and why would he put that on the ad if they do not. He then rudely said, "I am not going to argue about something that is not there", and hung up on me! Avoid this business! The advertising is false! The store is not open when the ad says it is. They list used vacuums, yet they do not sell used vacuums and the owner is argumentative! This store has false advertising, false representation of what is sold and the owner is rude!

 + -1 moreTook a vacuum cleaner in for repair. There was no communication regarding repairs. Employees were rude and did not repair vacuum cleaner cleaner so we took it back home.

 + -1 moreI vacuumed up a small ball with my 4 year old Simplicity Synergy which prevented the roller brush from working. I took my vacuum in for repair to All Vacuums Plus. They fixed it within 1 day and did not charge me anything for the repair. I was very happy with the quick service.
Description of Work: Repaired my Simplicity Synergy vacuum.
