"Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback and we apologize that you were dissatisfied with the deal. In speaking with Ulysses, we have determined that he did not clearly explain the deal and this created an unclear expectation. To clarify the deal, a service call is the charge for the Plumber to come to your house and diagnose your service needs. This is typically a $90 service call which was discounted to $69. The deal also included $25 credit towards repairs. The "repairs" terminology refers to all work done by the Plumber including installations. The repair you were quoted was $350 minus the $25 credit for a total of $325. We are working with Angie's list to improve the terminology for this deal to help avoid future misunderstandings. Our Plumber sent you a text this morning with additional details of how we are addressing your concerns. Thank you again for your feedback and please contact All Things Water at 210-382-0728 if you have further questions or concerns. Thank you, Kathleen All Things Water"
