Very quick. He had to use his auger to clear the clog. It turned out my faucet was leaking so he had to replace the faucet also.

Ulysses is wonderful. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. He is awesome at communicating with you throughout the job, very professional and does outstanding work. Gives you that 1 on 1 feeling and can call him direct versus a large business. I highly recommend him and he is my "go to plumber" for the future.

I've had Uly repair many plumbing problems over the years, this one was made for his expertiese. The 1936 cast iron bathtub wouldn't hold water, the in wall drain system let water drain out. Fill the tub and it'd be empty before you could finish your bath. Uly spent all of 10 minutes pullling it appart, finding a substitute part that fit better and putting it back together. There were several other such projects and he had them all done in one morning. Really nice guy, responsive, on time, and cleans up any mess.

Ulysses called to advise what time he would arrive and was very punctual. He replaced the outdoor faucet and also installed a vacuum breaker. I requested that he install two additional vacuum breakers for other faucets that did not have one. The work was performed flawlessly and Ulysses even educated me on the different types of water (with salt from water softener) that could come out of an outdoor faucet. I had been watering a tree with salty water from softener which I will discontinue as a result of Ulysses advice. Overall it was a very pleasant service call and I would not hesitate to call "All Things Water" for future plumbing issues.

The faucets were installed beautifully and everything went great. This is the only plumber I would want to do this type of work for me. In the past he has replaced a kitchen sink faucet and an outdoor hose bib. His work is meticulous.

This is a 1 man shop owned by Ulysses Colon. He came on time and is very easy to work with. He found the cartridge O-rings shot and needed to replace them at Home Depot. Instead I decided to have the faucet replaced. He bought an open box Moen for $104 which he had the missing parts for. His installation was done well. I highly recommend him.

The plumber determined that the feed line was fine, then he tested our water pressure. Residential water pressure should be no more than 80PSI - ours was over 115PSI. He replaced the filler valve that had been damaged by excess pressure, and advised us to have a pressure regulator installed. He was not able to do that work at that time, but gave us a close estimate of how much the work would cost. We later had the work done.

Wait time was minimal, and Ulysses (owner of All Things Water) came when he said he would. He did the job very efficiently, and he is meticulous to see it is completed correctly so no future problems occur. The area was clean when he left, and we feel the cost was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Outstanding. This is the second time Ulysses has done work at my house and he is always on time, professional, friendly, and does an outstanding job. When he's done, everything looks and functions perfectly. And the price he charged was 1/2 of what another plumbing company quoted. I won't use anyone else for any plumbing issues.

I purchased an Angie's Deal for plumbing service. I wrote on the service order this order was to have 2 bathroom faucets installed. When Ulysis, the plumber came out, all he did was inspect the pipe & relay they are acceptable for faucets. He quoted $325 to install both faucets. I told him the Deal states "$69 for a plumbing service call" and "can be used for any number of plumbing issues." This WAS NOT repair. It was an installation & he declined to honor Deal.

"Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback and we apologize that you were dissatisfied with the deal. In speaking with Ulysses, we have determined that he did not clearly explain the deal and this created an unclear expectation. To clarify the deal, a service call is the charge for the Plumber to come to your house and diagnose your service needs. This is typically a $90 service call which was discounted to $69. The deal also included $25 credit towards repairs. The "repairs" terminology refers to all work done by the Plumber including installations. The repair you were quoted was $350 minus the $25 credit for a total of $325. We are working with Angie's list to improve the terminology for this deal to help avoid future misunderstandings. Our Plumber sent you a text this morning with additional details of how we are addressing your concerns.
