I was very impressed by the service and promptness provided by ALL STAR AC. When I called, I was greeted by an actual person, not a recording or a transfer service. The gentlemen was very courteous and told me that a technician would contact me within an hour. Fifteen minutes later, the technician calls me and lets me know that he is finishing up a job and should be at my home shortly. Sure enough, within 30 minutes, Gerald is on my door step. I WAS AMAZED AT HOW QUICK I GOT SERVICE. Thankfully, Gerlad knew the problem right away, he quickly unclogged the pipe, and then educated me on how to maintain the drain so that this incident wouldn't happen again in the future. Gerald was very knowledgeable and very respectful, I will definitely be using ALLSTAR AC for all my AC needs. BONUS: I got ten percent off for being an Angie's List client.

Initially, the person who made the appointment wrote my phone number down wrong. This in turn made the technician run behind almost 2 hours due to not being able to contact me. I rescheduled the appointment for the next day. He arrived about 1 hour later than planned, however, he did manage to go right to work and fix the problem that I had. He even managed to state that I should be able to get through the summer with this air conditioner and compressor; just to keep an eye on it. He refilled the Freon and gave me 5 quotes of different systems to prepare me for the cost of HVAC replacement. Overall, it was a groupon, I believe the man was telling the truth, however, punctuality is not to good.

Lonny choske the owner of all star came when our system failed but was unable to fix the old hvax. He gave us several options and tried to work within our budget. He did a great job. He was recommended by our neighbor whose system he also replaced. A very honest guy.
