Under a warranty with home depot, they sent Allstar Appliance to repair our dishwasher.  He came and determined he did not have the repair parts needed.  He provided a temporary solution and said he would return in about a week.  After 10 days with no call, we contacted them to learn that the part was not covered, so they canceled the work order without any notification.
