They slid a number of items and pieces of furniture down the stairs, one of them catching it at the bottom while the other released it from the top instead of carrying down.
They broke our headboard and despite numerous phone calls and assurances that they ordered the furniture replacement, having contacted the store 3 weeks later the order was never placed. They also left the broken furniture for us to move and clean up.
I don't believe they had any intention of replacing the damaged piece.
At first, Angel was good about answering his phone and responding to text messages. Once I figured out he never ordered the replacement furniture and realized he probably never had any intention of doing so, he stopped answering his phone or responding to us at all. One of the worst movers I've encountered and we spent 10 years in the military and have moved all over the country and overseas!
DO NOT do business with this 'company'. They are unreliable ....you get what you pay for.
"At time of arrival she had a 14ft moving truck and she needed to load 2 bedrooms in the truck my self and my son told her she needed a bigger truck she refused because she didnt wanted to waste alot of gas. at the time of loading we told her we would do our best and she commented do your best i have to hit the road.. there was a lamp broken but was not antique when the lamp was broken we told her we would replace it or give her a discount she said don't worry about it it was just a lamp i still deducted 75.00 of the bill like we both agreed. a 2 bedroom into a 14 ft penske truck i been doing moving business to long to tell you theres no way a 2 bedroom with 35 to 40 boxes and uncalled for boxes into a 14 ft moving truck lol some customers expect for movers to do miracles but alwasy blalme the movers lol"
