"I believe that this review is a fraud. I have no contract for a November Move for a Shavano Glenn Address. Not sure why there is no comments left by this individual or price for services. I would be happy to communicate with all parties to see why this customer left us this poor report."
"[Member name removed] it has been a pleasure serving you and your family's moving needs. Glad we have been able to be there when you needed us. We look forward to helping you and any family members in the future."
We sold our home and found out we needed to leave the refrigerator so we called the last mover we used, All Pro. We were quoted $100.00 with a discount provided by the owner. When I went to meet the movers at the until only 1 mover was present. This may not seem so bad but the refrigerator was large and teetered on the lift. It took a good 30 minutes for Vincent to steady the refrigerator enough to get it in. It was nerve racking. The invoice was for two men but I did not see a second person, I actually assumed they were in the cab waiting for me to sign the paperwork but no one else showed up. When we got to the home my husband and I began to open the doors. We heard the thump of the refrigerator hitting the concrete. There was a two foot long dent on the backside of the refrigerator. If that wasn't disappointing enough my husband had to help the mover get the refrigerator into the house, so we moved our own refrigerator. I called and spoke to Robert to complain and was belittled. I asked Robert to compensate us for the damage, either some kind of refund or discount on a future move (we still needed to purchase a new home). Robert said he wouldn't be blackmailed and disconnected. He then called back and left a mean voicemail. In the end I waited so that Robert could see this was no blackmail. Provide good service and provide customer service when things go wrong. Be warned, he will not even offer to file a claim with whatever insurance he has.
"I don't understand what the shippers, comments about blackmail means. That is the first time I have ever heard that before. The Shipper, called me to ask for a discount because we only sent one professional mover out. Yes the refrigerator fell but not because of negligence. The reason it fell was due to a crack in the payment through out the driveway. It became unleveled so it tilted over. I did not leave her a mean message. There was a misunderstanding about the price and how many men were coming. I called to clear the cost up. She didn't answer so I left a message explaining the cost. I never told her we had two men coming out. That's what she said to try to use as a reason for getting a discount for the delivery. What the shipper does not consider is the cost it takes to operate these truck on a daily bases. The shipper, told me bluntly that she was going to give me a bad review. After having told me how good we were the first time we moved her. The Shipper, never once mentioned a dent on the refrigerator. Anyone who has had a claim knows we act quickly to resolve any dispute in a professional manner. Not just through a phone conversation. The refrigerator belonged to the landlord of the property where we started. I would be more than happy to visit with the landlord to inspect said claim and rectify any damages. Shipper, never once said the item was damaged. The shipper, only called asking for a discount for herself not the individual who owned the refrigerator. I have been in business for 20 years. I take pride in providing the service customers are paying for. If an accident were to happen and they do, because we deal with so many numerous items daily, monthly. Aside from that our track record speaks for it's self. I appreciate the feed back from our customers. Thank you!"
