The plumber and his apprentice arrived as scheduled and began work immediately. Looked at the situation and knew exactly what the problem was and how to remedy the blockage. This is an older home so the plumber was careful when performing the pipe cleaning operation. The blockage actually occurred in two areas of the plumbing piping and both were located and resolved. After working inside the house the plumber went outside to observe flow in the main line to the city sewer. He noticed that there was a small amount of standing water in the line and mentioned that we needed to watch this as it could be a problem in the future. It may be the result of settlement or pipe shift in elevation. Very helpful information.

Mr. Kurdi answered my emergency call when we hit a pipe while digging for a community Service project for Scouts at a local place of worship.  He arrived as promised and got to work right away and stayed until dark to place a temporary fix for the leak as he was working on a 50 year old piping which had non-standard fittings. He promised that he would come in the next day with the proper fittings and finish the job. On Monday, 09/22/14, he came at 3 PM and stayed until 10 PM to fix the problem, as difficult as it was with the non-standard dimensions. He once again promised to finish the job the next, which he did, and at the end he did a fantastic job.
