She was on time--calling when she was on her way.  She did a great job.  My old machine is like new.

Would certainly recommend her and use her again.

My sewing machine was skipping stitches and breaking threads. It had not had maintenance done in a very long time. I found All City Sewing Machines on Angies list. Read the reviews and gave them a call. I had no idea that Diana made house calls. She had an opening today and came out at the agreed on time. She had already told me what to expect price wise. $20 for the service charge and $60 to do a cleaning, adjustment and routine maintenance. She arrived and got right to work. She was very thorough and took her time going over everything. We talked about exactly the problems I was having and after she finished with the cleaning she again checked everything that could have been the problem. She made adjustments. Did test run to make sure everything was exactly calibrated and gave me some tips on what to do for various types of fabrics and stitches. 90 day warrenty. She told me to call if I have further problems. There is 1 part that may be needed in the future. She will help me get it ordered. I could not have asked for better service. Diana and All City have my business from now on. Thanks.

Completely cleaned and service the first machine. Found a broken gear in the second machine. Evaluated the other gears. Gave an estimate for replacing all the gears. With an estimate of $300 for replacement parts and labor, Diana gave the pros and cons for repairing or not. She was very helpful.

Great. I was able to use my sewing machine to finish a project the next weekend. If I had taken my machine to someone, I might not have gotten it back for weeks.

I used Her service probably months ago. She's really good and She comes quickly. She's very calm and quiet. She's very personable and very friendly. She gets right to the job without any puss. Very reasonable price for the services. I would continue to use Her in the future.
