I had heard animal/s in my attic over a period of two weeks but couldn't find anyone to come to my house promptly to assess and resolve the issue. Brent, the owner of Alite Pest Management, was at my neighbor's house when I drove by and saw his truck. I stopped and asked him if he could evaluate my situation and he was able to come back to my house later that day to go into my attic to evaluate the problem. He was quickly identified what type of animals were in my attic and where they were entering. A day later he returned to repair the entry points so the animals could not get back into my attic. Brent is very professional, conscientious, efficient, and personable. I would not hesitate to hire Alite again and I highly recommend the company.

He is really good. He is a small business owner and I like to deal with them. His response time was great and he stands by his service. He encouraged me to call him back if I have any problems. I have been using him for about 2 years and have liked working with him.

We switched to this company because they were cheaper. Although the owners are nice, honest people, they did not use a power sprayer around the outside foundation of the house and we consequently had more live bugs than we've had under any other pest control company before.

It went very well. Brent did exactly what he said he would do: check for the snake, determined that it had left after it shed its skin. The next day he returned, just as he said he would, and placed paintable foam in the places where the snake might have entered the garage as well as "sticky" papers to keep out smaller pests.
